Recent storms and some interior/exterior damage have caused a snare in finishing our beautiful Cape Elizabeth project. But for all those asking, here’s a sneak peek at the children’s guest bedroom. We worked closely with @woodhullmaine on a custom, reeded dresser and this stunning rug from @starkcarpet. The wallcovering is @faycetextiles, which really is the perfect backdrop for all these special accents.

One of our favorite projects to renovate and design was this vintage condo for a retired couple. So much intricate molding and history. We kept the mood and walls light; and infused some modern pieces in with their antiques. Surprises abound. Believe it or not, this is actually a dual purpose dining room and tv lounge area. **Swipe right for the before.

New Years Day at our little cottage. As many designers and creatives can attest, we are typically tapped out when it comes to our own homes, projects and hobbies. It’s just a casualty of sharing your creativity with so many others. And while that’s a real gift—to collaborate with our clients and friends, and make a living at it—it’s also a gift to work on our own forgotten and sometimes stalled projects. This vignette is from my cottage. It’s finally complete and one of the happiest and most healing places I know. ❤️

And it’s a happy holiday for our supremely patient clients, whose beautiful blush bathroom is finally complete. Every detail thought and planned out to create a composed powder room that oozes warmth and interest.

Debuting the sweetest girls bathroom for our Buckt

Debuting the sweetest girls bathroom for our Bucktown clients. I’ve gotta say we took some real chances here and it paid off. This family w/three girls has a lot of accessories and the original bathroom had zero storage. To account for this we designed custom millwork vanities and coordinating cabinets, which house towels, laundry and the rest. Because they wanted a feminine look we installed this pink herringbone tile, and the most amazing terrazzo counters and bath top to coordinate perfectly.

So grateful our clients trusted us to explore these different materials and push the color. Swipe left for the total transformation and before pictures (basically a blank canvas).
